Heard many times that need to Hang in there. Though I never got it where should I hang myself? This “hang in there challenge” was always a mystery to me. After I started digging out more by reading and watching interviews, stories and research papers of successful and those who tried, I understood it slowly.
To control and understand our emotions and to train our minds we need to take care of our mental health. But is it good enough?
It is almost similar, when you have a strong body you can allow yourself to participate in many activities. But not necessarily you will do it. Same goes with mental health, you might have a very healthy mind, but not necessarily perseverance to utilize it on development.
We need to know how to play brain games in our life and utilize our mental strength.
We hear a lot about mental health recently. The funny part is we are not interested to actually look into it. Mental health is the foundation for emotions, resilience, thinking, learning, communication, and self-esteem. But unfortunately, conversations around mental health leading to mental illness in the past have been mired in shame, silence and stigma.
This stigma around mental illness should not exist. People should be able to share their emotion and their problems with their friends; however, now you will not find many who will sacrifice their screen time to listen to your story. Even though we find someone, what is the guarantee they will get it? what is the guarantee that they will not use it against us?
So, we don’t have much good listeners around us!

We need to keep our mind healthy in spite of having a clumsy dramatic life.
How we can use our healthy mind on our development and how we will be able to face the harshest critic.

Most of the part of our life we play Psychological games every day. Some understand it, some don’t. We will dive into it, we will understand better. We will find answers with ferocious determination to find out the direction.
